JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry will exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each item. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In laundering and dry cleaning we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry's liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed $50 per garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $250. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable. Services expire two years from the date of purchase.

If you are not home at the time of your scheduled pick-up or delivery and/or the driver has to return at another time an additional charge of $15.00 will be added to your total order. In addition, there is a minimum charge of 7lbs per laundry order for non-wholesale customers. If ever there is a problem with your returned laundry we must be notified within 24 Hours. In the event of loss or damage (laundry or Dry Cleaning), the liability of JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry, LLC. is limited to TEN TIMES THE INDIVIDUAL CHARGE PER ARTICLE or weight of laundry that pick up. Zippers, Buttons, Snaps and any hanging or decorative parts of a garment the laundry cannot be held responsible. If you give us permission through email or text to drop off your laundry or dry cleaning at any address this removes any liability for missing laundry or dry cleaning from JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry, LLC.

JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry is committed to providing you the best in person and online laundry experience. We have utilized several state-of-the-art facilities, designed our systems, and trained our people to ensure this quality of service.

JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry has your permission to leave your laundry and / or dry cleaning at the same address as it was picked up with or without you being present.

Garments not picked up or if we are unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of JLC Dry Cleaners and Laundry for 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Any garment not picked up or undeliverable for 6 months become property of JLC Dry Cleaning and Laundry, LLC and may be donated to charity.
